Dear community!

We, members of the non-profit public organization "Waldorf Initiative "Borysfen" from Kyiv, asking you for financial help. Our PO unites school and kindergarten. The school is founded in 2014 by parents and teachers community and functions solely on charity money from our community.

On February 24, 2022 all our pedagogical plans were violently stopped because of the war, started by Russia.

All of us were forced to leave our homes since school and most of our families live in the northwestern part of Kyiv, which is on the border or even on the combat front itself.

From some of the families, we've got messages about destroyed dwellings because of military actions.

Also because of the war, all of our financial income were stopped and a lot of teachers lost their livelihood since salary from "Borisfen" was their only source of income.

The existence of our school and teaching community for our teachers and families is one of the senses, which holds us and gives us the strength to fight.

Шановна громадо!

Ми, учасники некомерційної громадської організації «Вальдорфська ініціатива «Борисфен» з Києва, просимо вас про фінансову допомогу. Наша ГО об'єднує школу та дитсадок. Школа заснована у 2014 році спільнотою батьків та вчителів і функціонує виключно на благодійні кошти нашої громади.

24 лютого 2022 року всі наші педагогічні плани були насильно зупинені через війну, розпочату Росією.

Усі ми були змушені покинути свої домівки, оскільки школа і більшість наших сімей живуть у північно-західній частині Києва, яка знаходиться на кордоні або навіть на самому фронті.

Від деяких сімей ми отримали повідомлення про зруйновані житла внаслідок військових дій.

Також через війну всі наші фінансові надходження були припинені, а багато вчителів втратили засоби до існування, оскільки єдиним джерелом доходу була зарплата з «Борисфена».

Існування нашої школи та педагогічної спільноти для наших вчителів і сімей – це той сенс, який тримає нас і дає сили боротися.
